VISION AID OVERSEAS

Vision Aid Overseas is an international charity dedicated to fighting poverty by transforming access to eye care in developing countries. 670 million people - 10% of the world's population - are disadvantaged by poor vision and a lack of spectacles. 

Working with the charity I have handcrafted a promotional object that could be positioned in any local opticians to raise awareness or the charity and encourage donations.  

The glasses wheel contains a series of donated glasses with varying strength degrees, when you look through the glasses postcards from the countries in which Vision Aid helps can be seen.
